Carly Landau is a New York based painter. She received her BFA in painting and drawing from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Her work is heavily influenced by the spaces she surrounds herself by, and plans on continuing to live near impactful landscapes. Carly is currently working at a non-profit art educational program for elementary students in Portland, OR.
Carly has been included in various group exhibitions including the Marchutz School of Art Spring Show (Marchutz School, Aix-en-Provence, France), Greenpoint Fall Show (Greenpoint Gallery, Brooklyn, NY) EXIT (Artbar Gallery in Kingston, NY) and her thesis show titled Sun Belly (Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art in New Paltz, NY). Most recently, her work as been shown at the St. John's Art Walk in Portland, OR.
